Return & Exchange Policy

At Belleza Beauties, we want you to love your glow. If a product isn't the right fit for you, we are here to help. Because of the personal nature of cosmetics, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.


1. The 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.


To be eligible, your item must be postmarked or dropped off at a courier within this 7-day period.


Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be accepted.


2. Return Conditions

To maintain hygiene standards, please note the following requirements:


Unopened Products: Items returned in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging are eligible for a full refund.


Gently Used Products: We understand that sometimes a shade isn't a perfect match. We accept returns on products that have been used no more than twice. If more than 10% of the product has been consumed, we cannot accept the return.


Excluded Items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:


Individual brushes or sponges (unless sealed).


Final Sale or Clearance items.


Limited Edition sets.


3. How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email bellezabeautiescoservices@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product you wish to return.


Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.


Ship It Back: Securely pack your items. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.


4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.


Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
