Welcome to Belleza Beauties. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products in India. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility

2. Pricing and Payments
MRP & Taxes: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will not change.
Payment Modes: We accept Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver products within 5–7 business days across India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location (e.g., North-East or remote areas).
Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping or handling fees will be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment.
4. Product Authenticity & Labeling
In accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, all Belleza Beauties products are:
Registered and compliant with Indian safety standards.
Labeled with the manufacturer/importer name, date of manufacture, expiry date, and country of origin.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Post fake or "paid" reviews intended to mislead other consumers.
Attempt to bypass security measures or introduce viruses to the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, product names, images, and text—is the exclusive property of Belleza Beauties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.
7. Limitation of Liability
Belleza Beauties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, or for any skin reactions if the product was used contrary to the instructions provided on the packaging.
8. Grievance Redressal
As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address customer concerns.

9. Governing Law
